About Hearts'Arts & MusiQuest:
In the truest sense, Hearts'Arts is a creative place inside of YOU that wants to be
sung, painted, written, and/or danced. Whether you are a child, teen, or adult, you
probably have things to "say" that words alone cannot convey.

The arts can give voice to happiness, sadness, and anything in between. They can
speak for the mind, move for the body, or sing for the spirit. And whether you know it
or not, within you lies a language of symbols, colors, metaphors and motions that act
as mechanisms for the expression of feelings, some of which you might not be aware.
And so, Hearts'Arts gives you the opportunities to become more enlivened, more
enriched, more empowered, more confident, and more free.

Founded by Deb Cowan, Hearts'Arts can help you gently explore and express yourself
anywhere along life's spectrum, from wellness to therapy. Sessions are designed
explicitly for you, whether to enhance a positive state you've already achieved, to
release a bottled-up emotion screaming to get out, or to gain insight into a baffling
"blind spot" or challenge.

Hearts'Arts offers therapeutic experiences for both individuals and small groups in
Encinitas and Poway, as well as larger events off-site, e.g. drum circles, specialized
classes, and arts-based nature treks, to name a few.
